All items are sent with tracking. All items sent with EMS automatically have $100 insurance for FREE. Orders sent internationally are shipping using EMS; they usually arive withing 7 days
REFUND POLICY:
Hoodies will not be exchanged or refunded unless faulty. Your order must be returned with tags within 3 weeks of the original shipping date.
