Right of return and refunds
At HypeHoodies, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, refunds will only be granted if the product is defective or damaged during transportation. The exact conditions are as follows:

Defective or damaged product: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you have the right to request a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order and send us photos of the damage or defect. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the product.
